Cookie Policy &
Digital Footprint.
At LevelRuna, we approach data with the same precision we apply to application architecture. We believe that transparency is a technical requirement, not a legal chore. This policy outlines how we utilize HTTP cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain the integrity of our high-performance gaming ecosystem at levelruna.space.
By interacting with our platform, you acknowledge the use of essential and performance-based identifiers. These small data fragments allow our servers to synchronize your preferences, optimize low-latency interactions, and ensure that your secure session remains uninterrupted during intensive application use.
01 / Categorization
How we segment data storage.
Not all cookies are created equal. In our architecture, we distinguish between high-priority system cookies required for core logic and secondary analytical cookies used for ecosystem reporting. Most of our data is transient, living only as long as your active session.
Essential Functionality
auth_token, session_id, csrftoken
Mandatory for security and state persistence. Without these, cross-page navigation within our technical applications would fail.
Performance Benchmarking
_ga, _gid, perf_metric_v2
These allow us to track latency spikes and hardware-dependent bottlenecks. We use this data to patch resource-heavy components.

Integrity Check
Common Misunderstandings.
"Cookies are Executable"
Failure Mode: Assuming cookies can run code or install malware.
The Reality: Cookies at LevelRuna are strictly plain-text strings. They are data containers, not scripts. They cannot access your hardware or files.
"Blocking All is Safer"
Failure Mode: Disabling all cookies via browser settings thinking it improves security.
The Reality: Blocking essential cookies breaks CSRF protection and session handling, actually leaving your interaction with our apps in an unstable, unauthenticated state.
"Permanent Tracking"
Failure Mode: Believing that every cookie stays on your device forever unless manual intervention occurs.
The Reality: 85% of LevelRuna cookies are 'Session' based. They are automatically cleared the moment you close your browser tab.
Retention Protocol
Personalization data is stored for a maximum of 365 days. Security identifiers are rotated every 24 hours to mitigate session hijacking risks. Analytics data is anonymized at the point of ingestion.
Third-Party Stack
We minimize external dependencies. Currently, only Google Analytics (Anonymized) and our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may set third-party headers to verify human traffic.
TECHNICAL ADVISORY
For advanced control, we recommend using the browser’s ‘Strict’ tracking protection mode. LevelRuna is architected to respect Do Not Track (DNT) headers where technically feasible.
Your Sovereignty
Over Browser Storage.
Node Cluster: EU-SOUTH-1
Real-time cookie synchronization logic visualized across distributed nodes.
Config: 00_LOCAL_STORAGE
Managing persistent preferences without server-side tracking.
Users reserve the right to audit, modify, or purge their cookie profile at any time. This can be achieved through your browser's Privacy & Security panel. Please be advised that purging essential session data will result in an immediate logout and potential loss of unsaved technical configurations within active app sessions.
For a deeper dive into how we handle the content within these identifiers, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Inquiries regarding data use?
Our technical compliance officer is available to clarify specific header implementation or data retention concerns. We aim for a response index of under 48 hours for all legal and technical data inquiries.
